Custom psychedelic pop art design for new release album cover graphics

I was commissioned to illustrate the album cover for a local Cleveland and Akron band‘s new release. I used an idea from an old acrylic painting I created some while ago when I used to work in traditional medium. This was an opportunity to refine and update the graphic somewhat… so I took a photograph of my old painting and brought it into my vector drawing program of choice (CorelDraw) and finished it up in Photoshop for final delivery.
